Pressure Transducers and Pressure Transmitters are based on foil strain gauge technology.The product design features include unitized diaphragm made in 17-4 PH stainless steel ,fitted in a unitized 316 stainless steel tubular casing.The compact size make them light weight and adaptable to be accomodated in location where space restrictions pose problem.Also all stainless steel construction makes them rugged and suitable during installation in tough conditions.The pressure transducers and transmitters are available in different accuracy of 0.25% , 0.5% ,1.0% covering range from 1 kg/sq.cm to 2000 kg/sq.cm.Being strain gauge based, they are suitable for dynamic pressure monitoring in addition to the conventional static pressure monitoring. For the purpose of local indication,a digital pressure indicator is also available optional,it features 4 digit LED display.The pressure transducers and transmitters have wide application in process industries such as chemical and petrochemical,food,fertilizers,breweries,hydraulic and pneumatic industries,steel and cement plants,automotive industries and oceanography.

DIGITAL PRESSURE GAUGE / TRANSMITTER

Smart Sensors And Transducers Limited has recently introduced a range of digital pressure gauges and digital pressure transmitters for indicating pressure and providing a proportional output of 4-20 mA of the indicated pressure.The electronics is housed in a ABS enclosure , strain gauge bridge fixed on diaphragm mode of 17-4 PH stainless steel and is housed in a 316 stainless steel housing and both are integrated such that the entire assembly confirms to IP65 protection .A 4-digit LCD display with pointer for the unit of pressure (bar/psi/kg/sq.cm)selected is provided for indicating the pressure .These digital pressure gauges /transmitters are available for different maximum pressure capacities ranging from 1 to 2000 kg/sq.cm and with different accuracies of +/- 0.25%, +/-0.5%, +/-1.0 % .

These digital pressure gauges/transmitters, being strain gauge based ,are suitable for dynamic pressure monitoring in addition to the conventional static pressure monitoring.

The pressure transducer and transmitter have wide application in process industries such as chemical and petrochemical,food,fertilizers,breweries,hydraulic and pneumatic industries,automotive industries and in cement and steel industries.

LOAD CELLS FOR ELECTRONIC WEIGHING APPLICATIONS

Smart Sensors and Transducers Ltd. has launched strain gauge based loadcells in multiple ranges to offer solution for variety of weighing applications. The types of load cells are;

Single Point Loadcell are low profile off centre loadcells of capacities -300 gmf to 1.5 tonf. Single point loadcells are designed for direct mounting in low cost weighing platforms. These are used mostly for weighing applications as these type of load cells can take large size platforms and give high accuracy and linearity in weighing applications. Main use is in retail scales, platform scales, postal scales and industrial scales.These loadcells are used where savings in parts and labour due to simpler scale construction can be made. Environment protection to IP 66 is provided as standard. Water proof load cells for use in food, meat and fish industry are made in 10 Kgf, to 500 Kgf capacities. An Optional special humidity resistant protective coating assures long term stability over the entire compensated temperature range.The rugged construction offers high immunity to side forces making it suitable for a wide range of weighing applications.

Bending Beam Loadcell FBC3W is a welded bending beam loadcell manufactured in stainless steel.Hermetically sealed against moisture, the loadcell functions in harsh environment,while maintaining its operating specifications.
The low profile , high accuracy and sealing makes this loadcell highly suitable for aplicatons such as low profile platforms , weighing and packing machines , conversion of mechanical scales and a variety of other applications where sealed cells are required.

Shear beam type load cells are basically designed for very high capacity weighing. Shear beam loadcell is a low profile alloy steel shear beam designed for cost effective manufactures of platform scales,hooper weighers,pallet scales,process weighing applications and general force measurement.These are available in single ended shear beam of capacities 100 Kgf, to 10.0 tonf.Double ended shear beam type loadcells 10 tonf to 35 tonf. These loadcells are perfect for Truck, track and horizontal Weighing applications.These loadcells has immunity to shcok and side loading.Simple to install and inexpensive construction.Environmental protection to IP66 is providedd as standard.

Tension and Compression type load cells are available in aluminium alloy and stainless steel construction.the loadcells are made in capacities from 2 tonf to 10 tonf. These are compact load cells for hopper and tank weighing,crane scales,industrial force measurement,lever conversions , vibratory feeders , weigh bridges and silos.Environmental protection to IP66 is provided as standard.Hermetically sealed against moisture the loadcell functions in harsh environment,while maintaining its operating specifications.Aluminium loadcells are used where less severe conditions are encounted.
PSD2 loadcells are especially used in weigh bridges and silos.
