All employees will be allotted specific number of shares of SSNT Technologies Ltd. on the basis of their current positions and potential to contribute to the company. An employee who has been offered the option to subscribe to shares initially, could upgrade to higher number of shares from the time the employee's potential to contribute level is upgraded. In this manner, if the employee continues to upgrade his/her competencies, the employee will stand to benefit.
